Silva Life System - Live Your Dream

Kindness- Quotes, Verses, Random Acts of Kindness

Kindness is love in action. Kindness is giving, forgiving, blessing. Kindness flows from an appreciation of the abundance we have within, and flows out, returning a hundred fold in totality, spirit, soul and mind. Kindness oils the grind of daily life and makes life worth living.

Here are some random kindness quotes and ideas ….

"Be generous. Give to those you love; give to those who love you, give to the fortunate, give to the unfortunate- yes, give especially to those you don't want to give. You will receive abundance for you giving. The more you give, the more will have!"   W Clement Stone

"The best thing to give to your enemy is forgiveness;
To an opponent, tolerance;
To a friend, your heart;
To your child, a good example;
To a father, deference;
To your mother, conduct that will make her proud of you;
To yourself, respect;
To all men charity."
Arthur James Balfour

"The man who will use his skill and constructive imagination to see how much he can give for a dollar, instead of how little he can give for a dollar, is bound to succeed." Henry Ford.

"See to do good, and you will find that happiness will run after you." Helen Keller

"Those who bring sunshine to the lives of others cannot keep it from themselves."

"To do something, however small, to make others happier and better, is the highest ambition, the most elevating hope, which can inspire a human being."

"There are no great things, only small things with great love. Happy are those." Sir John Lubbock

"Life in abundance only comes through great love."

Here are some cool random acts of kindness, taken from http://www.helpothers.org

1.   Gift of Inner Transformation: Restrain from criticizing or saying anything negative to anyone this week. In a challenging situation, dare to see the glass half full rather than half empty. Listen more than you speak. Give freely of yourself. Practice kindness at every opportunity you get.

2. Globs of Gratitude. Appreciate someone who has done something kind for you. Send a 'Thank You' card to someone who's helped you when you really needed it. Write a letter to an old teacher who influenced your life. Call your grandparents or parents and let them know how they've impacted your life. Email a friend to thank them for being there for you through hardships. Send an e-card to your husband or wife to tell them how much you appreciate having them in your life.

Create and live out your own random act of kindness.

Enrich your life, and the lives of others around you.

And bring heaven down to earth.
