Belief is everything. What you believe determines your action. And your actions determine the results you create in your life. Start with your beliefs. They are everything.

Maxwell Matz in his book Psychocybernetics, even goes as far as to mention that you literally cannot behave contrary to your self image, in spite of your conscious efforts or power.
Somebody said that it couldn't be done, But he, with a chuckle replied That "maybe it couldn't", but he would be one Who wouldn't say so till he tried.
Self sabotage is often unobtrusive, and self sabotaging behaviors can be disguised in multiple ways. Most of the time, we do not realize that we are sabotaging ourselves, until we stop and think.
Do you find yourself struggling to achieve results but not really succeeding?
